Janet Kotalik

KOTALIK, Janet Eileen - age 79, of Fenton, died July 6, 2022. Janet was born January 27, 1943 in Petoskey, MI, the daughter of Max and Doris (Weeks) Houck. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Janet loved spending time with her grandchildren and making them root beer floats. She enjoyed crafts, bingo and going to the casino. Surviving are: four children, Darcy (Sandra) Kotalik of Boyne City, Gary (Angela) Kotalik of Swartz Creek, Jeffery (Juli) Kotalik of Linden and Julie (Dwayne) Degayner of Linden; daughter-in-law, Ann Kotalik; 13 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by: her son, John Kotalik; and four siblings, Max, Brad, Judy, and Deb. A memorial gathering will be held from 12 PM - 2 PM Saturday, July 23, 2022 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton, MI 48430.
