Jason M. Ketchum

Ketchum, Jason M. - age 51 of Flint, passed away peacefully, though unexpectedly, on June 27, 2026.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at the Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center located at 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan 48507 with a time of sharing memories at 3:00 PM Tuesday. In accordance with his wishes, Jason will be cremated following the visitation. For those desiring, memorial contributions may be made in memory of Jason to the family via GoFundMe.

Jason was born on April 20, 1975 in Flint, Michigan to Michael E. Hurley and MaryAnn (Ketchum) McGrath.

He graduated from Flint Central High School and he enjoyed the Detroit Lions, Tigers, cooking (especially barbecue) and had a passion for motorcycles.

Surviving are his loving children, Jason Ketchum Jr. of Millington; Alexis Ketchum of Flint; Olivia Ketchum of Flint and their mother, Shannon Aul of Flint. Granddaughter Briella and grandson Jaxton. Mother, MaryAnn McGrath of Flint Township. Sister, Larissa Ketchum of Flint Township. Niece, Dr. Korrine (Logan) Finkbeiner. Several nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends also survive. Jason will be welcomed into Heaven by his father; grandmother, Madeline Ketchum; Step-father, Jeff McGrath; brother-in-law, Rob VanGorder; best friend, Ray Scarbrough; great nephew, Zyair.
