THICK, Jean L. - Age 67, of Bay Port, MI. died April 12, 2016. Memorial Service will be held 1:00 PM Saturday, April 16, 2016 at The Community of Christ Church in Bay Port, MI. 755 Orr St., Bay Port, MI. Pastor Kathy Swartzendruber officiating. Jean was born November 9, 1948 in Detroit, MI the daughter of Harold and Delores (Keskeny) Brant. Jean married Robert L. Thick Sr. in 1968 in Mt. Clemens, MI. She was employed for many years by Sea Ray Boats in Oxford, MI. Jean enjoyed gardening, sewing and canning. Surviving are her three children, Kim (Darrin) Elder, Robert L. Thick Jr. and Nichole (Derrick) Young; six grandchildren; three great- grandchildren; and her brother, Robert (Linda) Brant. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert Sr; and a sister Sharen Carpenter. Tributes mat be posted on the obituaries page of www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
