PANCHULA, Jeanette C. - age 78, of Flushing, died Sunday, June 27, 2010 at Woodhaven Assisted Living. Funeral mass will be celebrated 11 AM Friday, July 2, 2010 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek with Rev. Fr. Steven Mattson celebrant. Interment will follow at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek where a rosary will be prayed Thursday evening. Visitation will also be held 10 AM until the time of mass at the church. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association or McLaren Hospice. Mrs. Panchula was born February 26, 1932 in Flint, the daughter of Michael and Katherine Szacki. She married John Panchula and he preceded her in death in 2002. Mrs. Panchula loved gardening, arranging flowers and especially her granddaughters. Surviving are: son, Michael Panchula of Flint; daughter, Terri and husband, Mike Loiselle; two granddaughters, Kristin and Lauren Loiselle; sister, Frances Marzec of Flushing; sister-in-law, Ann Faris. The family extends a special thank you to McLaren Visiting Nurses and Hospice, especially, Teresa, Sara, Amber, April, Sharon, Patty and Corey.
