Jeffrey Scott GRANGER

GRANGER, Jeffrey Scott - age 51, of Flushing, died Tuesday, April 15, 2014 at McLaren - Flint. Services will be held 12 PM Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Pastor Dave Boillat officiating. Interment will follow at Flushing Cemetery. Visitation will be held 11 AM - 2 PM and 4 PM - 9 PM Friday at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to a college fund for Nathan and Sara. Jeff was born June 17, 1962 in Durand, the son of Jerome and Mary Lou (Blount) Granger. He married Elizabeth Pastiva on August 20, 1993. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. Jeff was very involved with Boy Scouts serving as a assistant Scoutmaster and Scoutmaster for Troop 115 in Flushing. He was employed with Otis Elevator for 20 years as a mechanic. Surviving are: wife, Elizabeth; two children, Nathan and Sara Granger; five brothers, Terry (Anita) Granger of White Lake, Tim (Debbie) Granger of Hazlett, Randy (Sally) Granger of Gaines, Greg (Amy) Granger of Gaines, Dave (Dianne) Labree of Linden; best friend, Tony Graves of Mio; many nieces, nephews, sisters-in-law, and brother-in-law.
