Wood, Jeremy Gerald Lee, age 40, of Flint Township, passed away unexpectedly on June 10, 2026.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan. The service will be livestreamed and may be viewed through the link provided on Jeremy’s obituary page. Visitation will take place from 1:00 PM until the time of service on Sunday at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to support his wife, Lynn, and their boys’ future (c/o Lynn Wood).
Jeremy was born on October 18, 1985, in Flint, Michigan, to Bobby Joe and Tamara Ann (Larkin) Wood. A graduate of Grand Blanc High School, Jeremy went on to build a career with Pro-Tech Machine, where he worked since shortly after graduation. On October 19, 2012, he married the love of his life, Lynn Nicole Fisher.
Jeremy was known as the grill master among family and friends and loved cooking for those he cared about. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors. Above all, Jeremy loved his family. He was a devoted husband, a proud father, and a fierce protector of those he loved. Always willing to lend a hand, Jeremy would do anything for anyone. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering love for his family will be remembered by all who knew him.
He is survived by his beloved wife and best friend, Lynn; children, Baylee, Blayke, and Hudson; parents, Bobby Joe and Tamara Wood; sisters, Jennifer (Tim) Kozol and Sarah Owens; nieces, Alexxus (Jessie) Skicko, Shania Henderson, Rylee and Savannah Owens; great-nephews and great-niece, Gadge Kozol, Jackson and Aria Skicko; mother-in-law, Laura Fisher; extended siblings, Melissa Fisher, Michelle (Justin) Spaans, and Michael (Amelia) Fisher.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his extended sibling, Jason Owens.
He will be deeply missed and forever remembered by his family, friends, and all whose lives he touched.
