PASCUZZO, Joan Liane (Rohner) - Age 86, of Flint, died at her son's residence in Durand on February 12, 2014. A Funeral of Divine Liturgy will be held 10:30 AM Friday, February 14 at St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church, 2333 N. Elms Rd., Flushing, The Very Rev. Fr. David Hannes officiating. Cremation will follow services. Those desiring may make contributions to St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Joan was born September 3, 1927 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Herbert and Mary (Cochran) Rohner. She was married to Joseph P. Pascuzzo on June 21, 1947 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Flint; he preceded her in death July 7, 2012. Joan was a member of St. Michael Byzantine Catholic Church. She was an avid Detroit Tigers and MSU fan, and she enjoyed going to the casinos. Surviving are: three children, Michael of Durand, Maribeth of Flint, Joseph and wife Rachel of Durand; daughter-in-law, Candace; grandchildren, Deanna, Michael (Miko), and Jill; Robert (Sabrina) and Sarah (Rafael); Jessica (Eric) and Gregory (Stacy); many great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandson; three brothers, Neil and wife Alma, Jack, David and wife Randee; many nieces and nephews. The family extends a special thanks to Joan's niece Nancy. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son Stephen; and sister Patricia Dulman.
