Joan Lee Whitcomb

WHITCOMB, Joan Lee  age 71, of Flint, died Wednesday, December 10, 2003 at McLaren Regional Medical Center. Private family services have been held. Mrs. Whitcomb was born July 3, 1932 in Flint, the daughter of Aloysius and Lucy (Allison) Laundroche. She married Merle Whitcomb and he preceded her in death on June 9, 1997. Surviving are: four children, Pamela (Chet) Blackburn of Fenton, Brian (Donita) Whitcomb of Flint, Karen (Tom) McCarty of Flint, Liana (Jeremy) Clark of Durand; daughter-in-law, Sue Whitcomb of Durand; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; sister, June (Hershell) Young of Flint; several nieces and nephews.
