John Adams

ADAMS, John Milne - age 70 of Swartz Creek, passed away September 26, 2019. Funeral Service will be held 11 AM Tuesday, October 1, 2019 at Sharp Funeral Homes Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Pastor Jim Nelson officiating. Visitation will be 4PM-9PM Monday and 9 AM until the time of service Tuesday. Interment with Military Honors 2PM Tuesday at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly.

John was born February 7, 1949 in West VA. the son of Wilburn and Julia ( McComas) Adams.  He  proudly served in the U.S. Army Air Cavalry during the Viet Nam War. He later retired from  A.C. Delco as a Tool and Die Maker. He was a UAW member. John also belonged to Michigan Cruisers Car Club, the N.H.R.A., the I.H.R.A., and the A.M.C. Rambler Car Club.

He is survived by: his fiance' Joyce A. Brown; daughters,  Wendy (Christopher) Neboyskey, Jennifer (Allan) Powers, and Pamela Smith; grandchildren, Bryan, Katlin, Ari, Brandon, Zoe, Alie, C.J., Stephanie, Jamie, and Sean; siblings, Dennis Adams, Denise (Neil) Farley, Deborah Adams, and Joseph Adams; several nieces and nephews.
