John Kent

Kent, John Elmer - Age 51 of Burton, died January 22, 2018. A Memorial service will be held 12PM Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will be from 10AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to Special Olympics-Area 13. John was born on June 27, 1966 in Flint, the son of Elmer and Joann (McKinstry) Kent. He was a graduate of Mio High School. He married Laticia Marshall in Mio on August 7, 1992. He was a good husband, loving brother and uncle. Surviving are wife, Laticia Kent; brother, Clark (Deb) Kent; nephew, Dennis (Jennifer) Kent; niece, Amy (Chris) Darnell; father and mother-in-law, Robert and Janice; two brother-in-laws.
