John "Jack" Martin SANDS

SANDS, John Martin "Jack" - Age 74, of Linden, died Monday, June 17, 2013. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Thursday, June 20, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden. Visitation will be held from 12 Noon until the time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Wounded Warrior Project or Fisher House Foundation. Mr. Sands was born March 4, 1939 in Milford, the son of Maynard and Claire (Martin) Sands. John was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He lived in Milford for 14 years, then in the Genesee County area for most of his life. He is survived by his brothers, Dennis, Robert and Dale; sister, Terry Jackson; many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Joy Schuck.
