BERRY-CARTER, Joyce Marie - Age 79, of Burton, went home to be with Jesus on February 10, 2014. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held 1 PM Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. The family will receive friends from 11 AM until the time of service. Joyce was born October 5, 1934 in Flint, the daughter of Loris and Reta (Ames) Eddy. Surviving are: husband, Ralph Carter; children, Deborah (Maynard) Argue, Diane (Brian) Millard, Mark (Renee) Berry, Matthew Berry; 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill Eddy and Everett Eddy; sister, Beverly Laskin. Joyce was preceded in death by her first husband, Albert Berry; brother, Arthur Eddy; 3 grandchildren and a great-grandchild. The family would like to thank the staff at Gentiva Hospice for their kind and caring support.
