Juanita Almond

Juanita Almond, age 94, of Flint, passed away on Wednesday, May 3, 2023. Funeral Services will be held in private; the family asks that you continue to keep them in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Her son-in-law, Rev. Juanita was born on January 25, 1929, in Essex, Missouri to the late Troy & Mary Borders. She was a member to Hilltop Church of God. She enjoyed reading books and word search puzzles. She always looked forward to shopping trips and looked out for stuffed cats to add to her collection. Above all she cherished her family, and her fondest memories were those raising her children when they were young.

She is survived by her 6 children, Mary Olson, Violet (Michael) Case, Thomas Almond, Teresa Adams, Vonnie (Alan) Aziz and Darrell; she is further survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Juanita is further survived by many other dear family members too numerous to list.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Henry; two sons-in-law, Junior and Dennis; daughter-in-law, Lynn and granddaughter, Rebecca.
