SOTO, Judy Ann - Age 69, of Flint Township, died Saturday, August 9, 2014. Funeral services will be held 5:00 PM Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 E. Broad St, Linden. Rev. Manley Pierce officiating. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Judy was born September 18, 1944 in Durand, the daughter of Harry Leslie and Elizabeth Helen (Smith) Hoover. She was a 1962 graduate and Salutatorian of Linden High School. She married Herman Soto December 12, 1970 in Linden. Judy retired from Grand Trunk Western Railroad after 35 years of service. She had resided in Linden/Flint her entire life. She was a member of Central Church of the Nazarene. Surviving are: her husband of 43 years, Herman; 3 daughters, Kelly and husband Matthew Pierce of Fenton, Lori and husband John Zwierzynski of Swartz Creek, and Sandra and husband Ali Saad of Phoenix, AZ; 9 grandchildren, Jessica, Joey, Joshua, Zachary, Amelia, Collin, Evan, Ava, and Riad; brother, James and Vickie Hoover of Linden; and several nieces and nephews.
