Julie Rae (Ballard) Flynn

FLYNN, Julie Rae (Ballard) - Age 61, of Flint Township, passed away Wednesday, February 25, 2026. A graveside service will be announced at a later date at Rose Center Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions to Julie's children.

Julie was born March 31, 1964 in Flint, the daughter of Robert and Wilma (Luke) Ballard. She was 1982 graduate of Lake Fenton High School. She had resided in the Flint and Fenton area her entire life. She enjoyed doing puzzles. Julie loved having cook outs for friends and family and always had a warm plate and loving heart ready. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and her dog Zeus.

Surviving are: her children, Robert Ballard of Central Lake, Scott Ballard of Flint Township, and Amy (Bryant) Hadley of Burton; grandchildren, Shayne and Sophia Ballard, Shyana Williams, and Jadyn Hilts; sister, Sheri Alexander of Flint; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Wilma Ballard; granddaughter, Lillian Ballard; and sisters, Rebecca Ballard and Jill Cokeley. Tributes may be shared at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
