WARD, Karen Lynne "Charliee" - Age 45, of Flint, passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 at her residence. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 18, 2010 at Bristol United Methodist Church, G5285 Van Slyke Rd, Flint, with Rev. Marvin Herman officiating. Visitation will be held at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint, Tuesday from 1-4 and 6-8 PM. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to the Karen L. Ward Memorial Fund. Karen was born November 22, 1964 in Flint, the daughter of Warren E. and Erma L. (Taylor) Ward. She was a 1982 graduate of Ainsworth High School. Karen was a member of Bristol United Methodist Church. Surviving are: parents, Warren and Erma Ward; 5 siblings, Diane and husband Rick McConnell, Dennis Ward, Kymm and husband Todd Carlin, Lynette Ward, and Leigh and husband Tim Suthard; best friend, Karen and husband Ed Marsh; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
