Jacoby, Kathleen Margaret - Age 80, of Swartz Creek, passed away September 13, 2026. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11:00 am Thursday, September 17, 2026, at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd., Swartz Creek with Fr. Louis Ekka celebrant. Burial will follow in St. Mary Queen Of Angels Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10:00 am - 11:00 am Thursday at the church. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions to St. Mary Queen of Angels, Powers Catholic High School or Haven of Rest Hospice House of Shiawassee County.
