Kathleen Suzanne Rexin

Kathleen Suzanne Rexin, age 77, of Linden, passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025. She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Art, and her sister, Carol. Kathy is survived by her son, Tony; her niece, Terri (Lyle); her stepchildren, Chris (DeeDee), Richard (Cindy), Kathy (Jack), Pamela (Frank), Paul, and Andrew (Lauren); as well as many nieces and nephews. Kathy was a loving wife, family member, and friend who found joy in the simple things and shared that joy with those around her, often with a bit of sass and a knowing smile. She loved decorating for the holidays, especially setting up her Department 56 village houses, which became a favorite tradition in her home. Kathy enjoyed crafting of all kinds, with a special fondness for scrapbooking. She liked bringing people together and often hosted crafting parties, where time was spent creating, talking, and laughing. Kathy also enjoyed shopping, particularly when it came to Coach purses, something that always brought her joy. She shared a close and loving life with her husband, Art, and together they adored their dogs, Cruiser and Brandy, who were truly part of their family. Interment and graveside services were held at 11:00am, Monday, December 22, 2025 at Oakwood Cemetery.
