Keith Dean Martineau

April 23, 1976 — September 14, 2003

MARTINEAU, Keith Dean  Age 27, of Swartz Creek, died Sunday, September 14, 2003 at Detroit Childrens Hospital. Services will be 11 AM Thursday, September 18, 2003 at Hope United Methodist Church with Rev. John Park officiating. Interment will be held Flint Memorial Park, Mt. Morris. Visitation will be from 6-9 PM Tuesday and 12-4 and 6-9 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Those desiring may make memorial contributions to the Ronald McDonald House of Detroit. Keith was born April 23, 1976 in Flint, the son of Gerald Lawrence Martineau and Judith Kay Schoeppach. He has resided in Swartz Creek all of his life. Keith was a graduate of Swartz Creek High School in 1995. He was employed at Fireside Coffee in Swartz Creek and had spent this summer in Indian River working with his cousin at Flowers Unlimited. Keith was a very active member of Hope United Methodist Church, helping with Sunday school and as a greeter. He was an avid artist who enjoyed drawing, music and children. Surviving are: mother, Judith Martineau of Swartz Creek; father, Gerald Martineau and Barbara Belongia of Brant, MI; two brothers, Kenneth Martineau of Swartz Creek, Kyle Martineau of the U.S. Army stationed in GA; grandparents, Calvin and Doris Peterson of Hillman, MI; grandfather, Lawrence Martineau of Port Charlotte, FL; aunts and uncles, Sharon and Barry Rich of Hillman, Kim and Robin Rhodes of Houma, LA, Mark Peterson of Flint, Carol and Ron Craig of Davison, Nancy Howland of Clio; cousins, Kelly and Kevin Ashford, Kurt and Cecilia Rich, all of Indian River, Mark and Papiya McCubbin of Farmington, Linda and Mark Robertson of Houston, TX; many friends. Keith was preceded in death by: his grandparents, Melvin and Edith Schoeppach; grandmother, Violet Martineau. Friends may share their online condolences with the family at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com.
