HUTCHINS, Kenneth Joseph - Age 57, of Burton, died November 8, 2014. Funeral services will be held 11 AM Tuesday, November 11, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes & Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Burial will follow in New Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-8 PM Monday, with a Rosary at 7 PM. Those desiring may make contributions to the Genesee County Humane Society. Ken was born March 19, 1957 in Flint, the son of Robert and Helen Dolores (Zalinzy) Hutchins. He retired from General Motors in October 2008. Ken enjoyed playing softball, basketball and going to Tigers baseball games. Surviving are his brothers and sisters, Mike (Joanie) Hutchins, Eileen (Dennis) Anderson, Mark Hutchins, Mary (Marty) Mueller, Steve (Catherine) Hutchins, Karen Hutchins; several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Robert; grandparents, Michael and Helen Zalinzy, Alice Hutchins; longtime companion, Jane Bragg.
