Surviving are: 2 children, Kelly Smith and Kevin Michael Smith; grandson, Jonathan; 2 sisters, Sherryll Miller and Sandra Smith; brother, Jerry Smith; nephew, Jeffrey; and nieces, Patricia, Christine, and Nikki.
