Kenon Riley Skidmore

SKIDMORE, Kenon Riley - Age 63, of Keego Harbor, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2026. A private graveside service will be held at a later date at Oakwood Cemetery, Fenton. Those desiring may make contributions to Adopt-A-Pet, 13575 Fenton Road, Fenton, MI 48430.

Kenon was born August 30, 1962, in Flint, the son of Oscar David and Nancy Fan (Ingram) Skidmore. He was a 1980 graduate of Carman High School in Flint. He had resided in Keego Harbor for the past 5 years coming from Waterford and Fenton. He was employed by Tarus in Sterling Heights as a Metrologist. Kenon was a handyman and could fix anything. He also was an avid dog lover.

Surviving are: his daughters, Kayla Skidmore (fiance', Colin Gates) of Milford and Ashlyn (Bryce) Andres of Fenton; 2 grandchildren, Rhodes Wilder and Ivy Bo Gates; siblings, Karen (Kurt) Nelson of Grand Blanc, Kevin (Trisha) Skidmore of Birch Run, Kelly (Diane) Skidmore of Pensacola, FL, Kirby (Beth) Skidmore of Linden, and Karey (Sean) Sage of Linden; and several nieces and nephews.
