Kent Edward Reynolds

REYNOLDS, Kent Edward - age 70, of Fenton, formerly of Mancelona, Michigan, and Clearwater Beach, Florida, passed away Wednesday, December 18, 2024. Interment will be held 11 AM Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at Chapman Cemetery, Custer Twp. (the cemetery is found between Alden and Mancelona. Take the Alden Highway from Mancelona towards Alden. Turn south on Lake of the Woods Rd. Approximately 1 mile, you will find Eldred Rd. Kent was born on February 14, 1954 in Pontiac, the son of Hazen and Jane (MacGown) Reynolds. He worked at GM Pontiac Truck and Bus; and then was a Supervisor for Shanty Creek Ski and Golf Resort in Bellaire, Michigan. Kent was interested in hunting, skiing, motor sports, and boating. He was a family man who was very involved in the lives of his grandchildren.

Surviving are: his daughter, Renee Reynolds; son, James (Cindy) D'Amore; stepson, Craig (Nicole) Merry; grandchildren, Jasmine Maxwell, Lily Daugherty, Blake Reynolds, Ian Merry, Andrew Merry, Noel D'Amore, Laurine Miller; former wife, Catherine Salley; sister, Ronda (Aaron) Tobias; step-brother, Michael (Darcella) D'Amore; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Cathleen (Cook) Reynolds; and son, Adam Reynolds.
