LAVIOLETTE, Krista Rose - age 19, of Swartz Creek, died Thursday, September 27, 2012. Services will be held 6 PM Monday, October 1, 2012 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek with Fr. Dan Kogut officiating. Visitation will be held 12 PM - 6 PM Monday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Krista was born February 7, 1993 in Flint, the daughter of Brian M. Laviolette and Julie Wright. She was a 2011 graduate of Powers Catholic High School where she was involved in the Theatre Program. Krista enjoyed playing softball and loved animals. Surviving are: father, Brian Laviolette and wife, Junelle of Swartz Creek; mother, Julie Laviolette of Grand Blanc; brother, Brad Laviolette of Swartz Creek; step-sister, Brandy Becker of Grand Blanc; grandmothers, Barbara Laviolette of Indian River and Lois Wright of Swartz Creek; many aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
