Lana Linton

LINTON, Lana Marie (Schank) - Age 69, of Flint Township, passed away Monday, August 9, 2021. In accordance with Lana's wishes cremation has taken place. Arrangements provided by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek.

Lana was born on March 8, 1952 and grew up in Standish the daughter of Charles and Jayne (Fostin) Schank. She studied Nursing at Mott Community College and went on to U of M (Flint) to obtain her Bachelor's Degree. Lana worked as a travel nurse in Mid Michigan and Southern Michigan for many years before her retirement.

She is survived by her daughter, Brandy Linton (John Danks) of Lennon, MI ; 2 granddaughters, Madison and Breanne Danks; and 3 siblings, James Schank, Cathy (Mitch) Middleton and Charlene Carroll.
