Laura Nelly GRAHAM

GRAHAM, Laura Nelly - age 67, of Fenton, died Tuesday, January 22, 2013 at her residence. Services will be held 11 AM Friday, January 25, 2013 at Tyrone Covenant Presbyterian Church, 10235 White Lake Rd., Fenton with Pastor James Mascow and Pastor Wilber Henke officiating. Interment will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Visitation will be held 2-8 PM Thursday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 W. Silver Lake Rd., Fenton. Visitation will also be held 10 AM until the time of service Friday at the church. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association. Mrs. Graham was born October 16, 1945 in Harrison, MI, the daughter of Oscar and Mina (Smally) Root. She married William Edward Graham on June 12, 1971 in Fenton. She worked at McDonald's on Owen Rd. for over 20 years and had worked at Creative Foam. Laura loved crocheting and quilting. She enjoyed music, camping, hunting and fishing with her husband. She attended Tyrone Covenant Presbyterian Church and a former member of First Baptist Church in Fenton. Laura was always smiling and loved her husband, children and grandchildren. Surviving are: husband, William E. Graham of Fenton; daughter, Julie Vincent of Fenton; son, Paul Graham and Kelly of Fenton; seven grandchildren, Alexis, David, Alex, Zack, Danielle, Samantha, Joshua; two brothers, John (Mary) Root of Argentine, Ernie (Yvonne) Root of Midland; many nieces and nephews also survive.
