Leigh Tubbs

TUBBS, Leigh Anne - Age 48, of Tampa, FL, died July 15, 2017. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Leigh Anne was born March 23, 1969 in Flint. She was a 1988 graduate of Grand Blanc High School and a 1992 graduate of Central Michigan University. She had resided in Marco Island and Tampa, FL since 1993. She is survived by her parents, Jim and Margaret Tubbs; brother, Tom; nephew, Aiden; several aunts, cousins and so many close friends.
