Leona Mae McLENNA

McLenna, Leona Mae (Goodwin) - Age 77, of Montrose, formerly Argentine Twp., died April 18, 2013. Funeral services will be held 10:00 AM Monday, April 22, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Linden Chapel, 209 East Broad Street, Linden, with Rev. Don Neuville officiating. Burial will follow in Argentine Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5 - 8 PM Saturday and 1 - 8 PM Sunday. Those desiring may make contributions to the family. Leona was born May 30, 1935 in Argentine the daughter of Theodore and Mildred (Ruperd) Goodwin. She was a beautiful and loving wife, mother and grandmother. She had an incredible sense of humor. Leona loved her dogs, enjoyed sewing, garage sales and vintage jewelry. She is survived by her children, Debbie (Dennis Pardue) Kimball of Germanton, NC, Chuck McLenna of Montrose, Vickie McLenna of Montrose, Jerry McLenna of Montrose, Jeff (Cindy) McLenna of Metamora, Carol (John) Carstensen of Montrose; 14 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren; brother, Ted Goodwin; sister, Mary Thrasher. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Charles McLenna; brother, Art Goodwin; sister, Joyce Nelson; grandchildren, Rance Roe Jr. and Shea Leann Wood.
