Leroy Weaver

Weaver, LeRoy S. - Age 76, Grand Blanc, died July 30, 2021. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 10 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center,   6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc. Burial will be held at 9:30 AM Wednesday, August 11 at Great Lakes National Cemetery in Holly with Military Honors provided by the U.S. Army Honor Guard. Visitation will be held  4-8 PM Monday, August 9 and 10:00 AM until the service time Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made the American Legion Post #413 of Grand Blanc.

LeRoy was born January 6, 1945 in Flint, Michigan, the son of LeRoy and Bernice  (Knack) Weaver . LeRoy was a veteran of the U.S. Army having served during the Vietnam Era. He retired from General Motors in 1997. He was a member of the UAW #1292.

He is survived by his wife, Bonnie; son, Larry "Mike" (Doreen) Towery; daughter, Christine Lee (Scott) Worth; two brothers, Douglas (Donna) Weaver and Herman "Clare" (Celia) Weaver; sister, Carol Ann (Bernard) Andreini; grandchildren and great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
