Linda Joyce Daniel

Daniel, Linda Joyce - Age 84, of Swartz Creek, went to be with her Lord on December 7, 2025. Funeral services will be held 3 PM Friday, December 19, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be held 1 PM - 3 PM Friday until the time of service. Burial will be held at a later date at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Linda was born July 12, 1941, in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of William and Vadah (Mills) Elliott. She was a proud graduate of Flint Central High School. Linda married the love of her life, Fred Daniel, on April 28, 2012, in Durand. He preceded her in death on December 1, 2025. She worked for many years as a manager at Mervyn’s Department Store. Her greatest priority in life was living for Christ. Linda strived to be a light in the world and faithfully served in the churches she loved. She taught Ladies Bible Study and Sunday School at Lennon Wesleyan Church, Swartz Creek Church of the Nazarene, where she also sang in the choir and played the organ for more than 45 years and most recently attended Faith Church of Gaines. Linda cherished her family deeply. She loved her husband, Fred, her son, Bill Branham, and her grandchildren-whom she frequently visited in Austin, Texas. She took great pride in her granddaughter, now a top chef in Austin. She enjoyed sewing and knitting, and her talent as a seamstress was admired by many. She loved to travel, to spend time with loved ones, and to share her faith with everyone she met. She loved her son, Bill more than he will ever know.

Surviving are: son, William Branham; grandchildren, Stephanie Bartone and Dustin Branham; sister, Catherine Denil; nieces and nephews, Mark, Elizabeth, and Sally Ann. She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Daniel, Jr.; daughter, Christine Lynn Bartone; and parents, William T. and Vadah L. Elliott.
