Linda Marie Quigley-Rawson, of Fenton, passed away on Friday, October 9, 2026, at Henry Ford Genesys Hospital. She was 76 years old.
Born on January 7, 1950, in Detroit, she was the daughter of Frank and Elizabeth “Betty” (Wood) Stott. Linda earned her associate’s degree from Baker College, the first in her family to complete college. She loved trips to the casino with her sister Mary and son Chris, in her younger years she enjoyed camping and fishing, except for touching the worms or the fish. She enjoyed traveling, but most of all she loved family functions and especially Christmas, which she made sure was always over the top. She was a caregiver and took in and looked after so many that she raised as her own.
Linda is survived by her son Christopher Quigley; adopted daughter Bobbie Farren (John); her sister Mary E. Gransden; sisters-in-law Sarah and Maya Stott; and many adopted children that she cared for as well as many nieces and nephews and extended family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Tom Rawson, her ex-husband George Quigley, two brothers Stephen and Dan Stott as well as her brother-in-law Keith Gransden.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2026, at the Freedom Center Church in Fenton at 12:00pm with Pastor Jim Wiegand officiating.
