Lisa Lee KENDALL

KENDALL, Lisa Lee (Velarde) -- Age 43, of Davison, died on April 14, 2014. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, April 22, 2014 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, G-2316 W. Coldwater Rd., Flint. Fr. Tim Nelson celebrant. Entombment will take place at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery immediately following the service. Visitation will be held 2-4 PM and 6-8 PM Monday April, 21, 2014 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. A vigil service will be held 7 PM Monday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions to the Humane Society of Genesee County. Mrs. Kendall was born October 31, 1970 in Flint, the daughter of Manolo and Jane (Lee) Velarde. She was a graduate of Baker College with a Masters degree in Business. Lisa was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, she enjoyed cooking and loved cats and animals. She will be missed dearly. Surviving are: husband, Michael; mother, Jane Velarde; brothers, Manuel Velarde, Noel Velarde; mother-in-law, Nancy Kendall; father-in-law, Jerry Kendall; many aunts, uncles and cousins.
