Lois Emorine SKELLENGER

SKELLENGER, Lois Emorine (Edwards) (AKA GLo), age 86, of Grand Blanc, Michigan, entered Heaven's gates peacefully on December 18, 2013 at her son's house, Tim Sanford, with many of her family members surrounding her. Lois was born in Flint, Michigan on July 15, 1927. She resided in Flint, Michigan most of her life and was a graduate of Albion College. She owned several businesses throughout her lifetime. She loved to cook, was an avid reader and most enjoyed spending time with her family. Lois is survived by her three children, daughter Suzy (Chuck) Whittey, son Tim Sanford (Traci) and son David (Nora) Sanford. She is also survived by six grandchildren, Jason Sanford, Heather Yorks, Jonathan Sanford, Jacob Sanford, Makenzie Sanford, and Katie Sanford. She had seven great grandchildren and other family and friends. The funeral service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, December 22, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint with Mr. Mark Lasley officiating.
