MOORE, Lonnie Ray, Jr. - Age 34, of Durand, died Monday, July 1, 2013. Services will be held 1:00 PM Monday, July 8, 2013 at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Flint. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Monday from 11:00 AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the Lonnie Ray Moore, Jr. Memorial Fund. Lonnie was born April 30, 1979 in Flint, the son of Lonnie Ray, Sr. and Cheryl Marie (Aasved) Moore. He had resided in the Flint area his entire life. He had been employed as a truck driver for many years. Surviving are: 4 children, Jordan, Haidyn, Marcianna, and Jayce; mother, Cheryl Moore of Burton; father, Lonnie Ray Moore, Sr. and wife Jean of Kentucky; 6 brothers and sisters, Danny Ruiz of Kentucky, Michael Ruiz of Kentucky, Christine Ruiz of Grand Blanc, Kimberly Basinski of Grand Blanc, Chad Moore of Grand Blanc, and Eric Moore of Flint; former wife, Teasha Moore of Grand Blanc; brother-in-law, Bill Simpson of Burton; adopted daughter, Serena; several nieces, nephews and friends.
