Louise Catherine Jansen

Louise Catherine Jansen - Age 89, of Linden, passed away April 18, 2025. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Louise was born October 26, 1935 in Rankin, the daughter of the late Gordon and Dorothy (Bell) Nelson. She married William E. Jansen Sr. on May 12, 1955; he preceded her in death on November 25, 2019. Louise loved playing the guitar and harmonica. She was an avid reader; enjoyed going for walks and watching Westerns. Louise is survived by her children, William (Maravic) Jansen Jr., Cynthia (John) Smith, Steven Jansen and Michael (Beth) Jansen; grandchildren, Edwin, Catherine, Bonnie, Jennifer, Kevin and Nathan; great-grandchildren, Roman and Victor. She was preceded in death by two brothers, two sisters and her daughter-in-law, Brenda Jansen. Those desiring may make contributions in Louise's memory to the Alzheimer's Association.
