Marcia Marie (Robinson) Vamossy - Age 87, of Fenton, died May 16, 2025.

Funeral services will be held 12:00 pm Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at Sharp Funeral Homes, Fenton Chapel, 1000 Silver Lake Road, Fenton, Pastor Dan Ferraz officiating. Visitation will be held 9:30 am - 12:00 pm Wednesday, May 21, 2025. Those desiring may make contributions to the Holly Seventh-day Adventist Church.

Marcia was born October 8, 1937 in Flint, Michigan, the daughter of Leslie Shirl Jackson and Nora Marie (Dittman) Jackson. She retired from Carman Ainsworth Community Schools where she had worked as a Head Cook with 31 years of service. She married John Vamossy on December 26, 1987; he preceded her in death on December 6, 2013. She was a member of the Holly Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Her faith was the cornerstone of her life and she always looked for ways to share her love for Christ with others. She found joy in prayer, strength in the Bible, and peace in the promise of eternal life. Marcia touched many lives with her generous spirit and kind soul; helping others in their time of need. She had a special gift to uplift others with her beautiful smile and a loving hug.

Surviving are: her children, Christopher (Christine) Robinson of Linden, Jeanette (Jim) Weaver of Barton City, Eileen (Dave) Castles of Swartz Creek; step-daughter, Victoria (Blair) Kenewell of Fenton; grandchildren, Casey, Alex, Brendon, Ryan, Andy, Kyle, and Torie; twelve great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Leslie and Nora Jackson; husband, John Vamossy; and two sons, Scott Robinson and Bruce Robinson.
