Margaret Fabian

Margaret V. Fabian, age 94, of Grand Blanc passed away on January 29th, 2020. A private funeral Mass has taken place at St. Pius X Catholic Church, Flint.
Born in Wheeling, West Virginia, she was the first child of Rose and Stephan Basista. The family moved to the Flint area several years later which Marge called home for her entire life. Marge married Joseph Fabian in 1949 (deceased 1976) and together they had two daughters. A perennial homeroom mother she showered those she loved with her baking, cooking and kind deeds. Her greatest joy was her two girls Joanne and Anne Marie and later granddaughter Andrea. She shared her love daily by always looking for ways to take care of them as well as others. Margaret was also a special caregiver to her brother Bernard (deceased Dec. 2018). Marge is survived by daughter, Joanne (Ken) Thompson, Fenton; daughter, Anne Marie Fabian, Grand Blanc; and granddaughter, Andrea Thompson, Troy.
