Margaret "Sissy" MILLER

Miller, Margaret Frances "Sissy" - age 76, of Flint, passed Saturday, January 11, 2014. Services will be held Wednesday, January 15, 2014 at 2:00PM at Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center 6063 Fenton Rd., Flint. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6-9PM and on Wednesday from noon until the time of service. Margaret loved plants so in lieu of flowers please send plants. Margaret was born October 22, 1937 in Beedeville, Arkansas, the daughter of Dee Neal and Auda Mae (Hensley) Adcox. She owned and operated a foster home. As a health care provider, she took care of people for 60 years. She loved collecting dolls, antiques and knickknacks. She loved raising birds and enjoyed going to the casino. Surviving are her husband of 37 years Robert James Miller, sons Rick Burns, David Burns, daughters Paula (Jerry) Borg, Karen (Don) Sanderson, Lisa Miller, Jennie (Dennis) Stein, 24 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, sisters June (Odell) Burks, Linda Nichols, Edna Smith, brothers John (Kathy) Adcox, and Mather Campbell, and many special nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, brother Bobby Neal Adcox, sister Patsy Mae Edwards, brother Roy Dale Adcox and sister Hazel Jewell Youngblood.
