Margaret Simen

Simen, Margaret Maureen - Age 77, of Flint, died September 10, 2020. No public services will be held. Arrangements are being handled by Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Rd., Grand Blanc. Margaret was born March 24, 1943 in Gulfport, MS., the daughter of Harold Kenneth and Catherine (Ward) Henry. She was a graduate of St. Stevens High School in Port Huron. Margaret then graduated from St. Joseph Nursing School. She worked at St. Joseph Hospital, Flint Osteopathic Hospital, and Genesys Hospital before retiring in 2008 after 46 years as a registered nurse. Margaret is survived by her son, Patrick A. (Maureen) Simen; sisters, Mary Pat Henry of Montana, Teresa Catherine Henry (Stephen Egli) of Montana; brother-in-law, Robert Winkler of Corunna; grandson, Benjamin; nieces, Caitlin, Sarah, and Denise.
