FAILING, Margrete Josephine - Age 71, of Flint died November 20, 2013. Funeral services will be held 4 PM Sunday, November 24 at Sharp Funeral Homes, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. Visitation will be 1-4 PM Sunday. Margrete was born February 9, 1942 in Mio, MI, the daughter of Albert and Eileen (Randall) Byers. She loved spending time with her family. Surviving are: two sons Peter Nels Failing, Daniel Lee Failing Jr; four grandchildren, Holly Norris, Brandon Scott Failing, Somer Lee Failing, Spencer James Failing, all of Flint; sister Estella Brannam of Swartz Creek. She was preceded in death by her husband Daniel Lee Failing on July 27, 2006, and her loving dog Chuloe. Tributes may be shared on the obituaries page at www.sharpfuneralhomes.com
