Marialice Ferguson

Ferguson, Marialice — Age 94, of Davison, passed away peacefully at home on December 10, 2025. A private interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery in Grand Blanc at a later date. Arrangements are entrusted to Sharp Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 6063 Fenton Road, Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Born on October 4, 1931 in Flint, Michigan, Marialice was the daughter of Herman and Velma (Pangborn) Main. She married the love of her life, Edward Robert Ferguson, with whom she shared many devoted years until his passing in 1990.

A woman of steady faith, Marialice was a longtime member of First Wesleyan Church and lived her beliefs with quiet sincerity. She found her greatest joy in the simple, enduring parts of life—her family, her home, and the laughter of her grandchildren. Known for her warmth, her loyalty, and her gift for making a house feel like a haven, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend.

Marialice is survived by her children, Edward (LuAnn) Ferguson III and Janice McCreedy; her four grandsons, Edward (Katie) Ferguson IV, Erin Ferguson, Evan (Savannah) Ferguson, and Emmet (fiancée Sabrina) Ferguson; and her seven cherished great-grandchildren: Layla, Jayden, Fiona, Emerson, Amelia, Brinley, and Memphis. She also leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her siblings, Lorraine Diebel, Robert Main, Leslie Main, Beverly Seyfried, and George Main.
