Thayer, Marian L. age- 91 of Swartz Creek, died December 24, 2012. Services will be held Friday 11AM, December 28th, 2012 at First Baptist Church of Swartz Creek; 5372 Seymour Rd. Swartz Creek. Visitation will be Thursday December 27th 2PM - 4PM and 6PM - 8PM at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek. Marian was born to Clifford and Lula Randall, April 9th 1921 in Oxford, MI. She married James Mosher Thayer, May 16th, 1942 in Lapeer, MI. Marian is survived by her children: Barbara (Melvin) Hill of Gaines and James Eugene (Lynn) Thayer of North Carolina; 3 grandchildren: Scott (Lorna) Hill, Mike (Dina) Thayer and Stacy (David)Staehli; 5 great-grandchildren and her sister Doris (Bill) Watterson of Romeo. Marian was preceded in death by her Husband James Mosher Thayer and 2 brothers, Clifford and Melvin Randall. In Lieu of flowers, contributions are suggested to: First Baptist Church of Swartz Creek.
