HOWE, Marie Eleanor -- Age 90, of Flushing, died January 4, 2017. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Tuesday, January 10 at St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church, 310 N. Cherry Street, Flushing. Fr. Gordon Reigle celebrant. Burial at St. Robert Cemetery, Flushing. Visitation will be 2-8 PM Monday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, where a rosary will be prayed at 7PM at the funeral home on Monday. Visitation will also be 10AM until time of mass at the church on Tuesday. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make contributions to St. Robert Catholic Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Marie was born August 18, 1926 in Flint the daughter of Edward and Elizabeth (Henneke) Arseneault. She married Robert Charles Howe September 6, 1946 he preceded her in death on April 17, 1983. Marie was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She loved to bake. She was a member of the St. Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church. She is survived by 6 children, Charles (Elke) Howe of Troutdale Oregon, Pamela Howe of Merrillsville, IN, Cynthia (Donn) Peel of Swartz Creek, Richard (Sarah) Howe of Flushing, Nancy Howe of Flushing, Rita (Tim) Brown of Swartz Creek; 11 grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brother, Joseph Arseneault; sister in law, Lucille Arseneault; grandson, Christopher.
