LUCAS, Marie Ann -- Age 73, of Swartz Creek, died March 23, 2015. Funeral Mass will be celebrated 11 AM Thursday March 26 2015 at St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church, 4413 Morrish Rd. Swartz Creek. Fr Louis Ekka celebrant. Interment at New Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Flint. Visitation will be held 4-8 PM Wednesday at Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel 8138 Miller Rd., Swartz Creek, where a rosary will be prayed at 7 PM Wednesday. Marie was born June 5, 1941 in Flint the daughter of William and Dorothy (Dmoch) Lucas. She was a graduate of St. Agnes High School. She retired from Met Life after 41 years of service. Marie was a member of St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church. She is survived by 3 siblings, Carole (Jim) Baliko of Davison, Bill (Kathy) Lucas of Mt. Morris, John Lucas (Frank DeFranco ) of Flint Township; special friend and cousin, Marilyn (Dennis) Miner; nieces and nephews, Billie Marie (Jason ) Oyler, Alicia Lucas, Brian (Jennifer) Baliko, Keith (Kristi) Baliko, Lori (Mike) Bernard, Darin Briggs, Douglas Briggs; many, many great nieces and nephews and several god children.
