Marie Miles

Marie Miles, of Fenton, passed away on October 8, 2026, at Holly Village Nursing and Rehab Center. She was 90 years old.

Born March 18, 1936, in Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of John and Anna (Vargo) Kenesz. Marie married Kent Douglas Miles on May 19, 1956, in Detroit and together they spent 53 wonderful years together raising their family. Marie worked at Spicer’s Orchard for over 30 years. Marie loved gardening, flowers and enjoyed birds. Most of all she loved her family and the time spent with them.

She is survived by two sons, Kurt Miles and his wife Diana and Darryl Miles; five grandchildren Daniel (Taylor) Miles, Ashley (Ryan Delay) Miles, Brendan Miles, Lindsey (Benny) Goodin and Laura (Logan) Malvich; a great grandson Casey Miles; and daughter in law Ann Miles.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Kent, daughter Cheryl Rinnas and son Scott Miles.

Cremation has been entrusted to Sharp Funeral Homes.
