Marijane C. Hanvey

HANVEY - Marijane C., age 74 of Holly, formerly of Grafton, Ohio, went to be with her Lord, with her family by her side, on January 7, 2024.  Cremation has taken place and a service is not planned.  

Marijane was born on February 6, 1949 in Maple Heights, Ohio to the late Joseph Martin and Charlene Elaine (Morfier) Morris was a 1967 graduate of Midview High School. She was raised in Grafton, Ohio and also lived in Sheffield Lake, Ohio before moving to Holly, Michigan a couple of years ago. She was a former member of the Church of the Open Door and at one time was active with the Eastern Star.

She is survived by her husband, Ralph C. Hanvey.  Children, Melissa (David) Roig of Elyria, Ohio; Becky Roig of Grafton, Ohio; Kenneth (Linda) Morris of Durham, North Carolina. Sister, Cindy (Bob) Sickman of Orval, Ohio. Granddaughter, Alyssa Gunter of Grafton, Ohio and a great-grandchild expected in June 2024. Many nieces and nephews. Mrs. Hanvey was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, William Gunter.
