Marion Alice Bonnewell

Bonnewell, Marion Alice - Age 88 of White Lake, passed away on Sunday, May 31, 2026. A graveside service will be held at 9 AM at Great Lakes National Cemetery on July 10, 2026, 4200 Belford Rd., Holly, followed immediately by a lakeside Celebration of Life gathering at Denise and Eric Bulman's home in Howell.

Marion was born February 25,1938, in Detroit, the daughter of Ann (Kazakevich) and Eugene Royer. She attended Redford H.S., went on to become a licensed cosmetologist and purchased her own salon; she was a member of the Hartland Players theatre group and provided hair and make-up services for many productions. Marion bowled, loved to travel- domestic and abroad, camped in the desert in Arizona and Mexico with a large group of friends, enjoyed four-wheeling, swimming, clam digging, bird watching, gardening and playing dominos.

Marion was a devoted mother, grandmother, and friend whose kindness, adventurous spirit, and love for family will be remembered by all who knew her.

Surviving are: her children, Gerald "Jerry" (Chris Jensen) Pilarski, Kenneth (Karen) Pilarski, Denise (Eric) Bulman, James (Desiree) Pilarski, Mark (Kathy) Pilarski, and Danial (Jaynee Huff) Pilarski; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; the father of her children, Eugene A. Pilarski.
