Marion Tambling

TAMBLING, Marion Thelma - Age 89, of Flint, died Wednesday, December 17, 2014. Funeral services will be 11 AM Saturday, December 20 at United in Christ Lutheran Church, 6330 Corunna Road, Flint. Pastor Steven Stahlhut officiating. Burial will follow at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Visitation will be held 10 AM until time of service. Those desiring may make contributions to the United in Christ Lutheran Church. Marion was born July 7, 1925 in Flint, the daughter of Theodore and Mildred (Dosson) Neitzke. She worked as a clerk at K-mart for 20 years and volunteered at Hurley Hospital for 20 years. She was a member of United in Christ Lutheran Church for 50 years. Marion is survived by her sons, Larry (Michelle) Tambling of Clio, David (Jill) Tambling of West Branch; many grandchildren; many great grandchildren; many great-great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence; daughters, Carolyn Tambling, Kimberly Moore; son, Densil Tambling; brothers, Mert Neitzke, Theodore Neitzke Jr.; sister, Joanne Steinley.
