Marjorie A. RICKERT

Rickert, Marjorie A., age 100, of Swartz Creek, formerly Montrose, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2010. Arrangements are by Sharp Funeral Homes, Miller Road Chapel, 8138 Miller Road, Swartz Creek. No services are planned at this time. Marjorie was born in Hersey, Michigan the daughter of Gordon and Lulu (Ingersoll) Dewitt. She married Elmore J. Rickert II in 1938 and he preceded her in death in 1949. She had been a member of the Montrose United Methodist Church, loved gardening and sewing. Survivors include sons, William E. (Linda) Rickert of Swartz Creek, E. John (Sue) Rickert of CA., daughter, Barbara (Jim) Johnson of CA., six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
