Mark was born December 6, 1954 in Holly, Michigan, the son of Richard and Beverly (Mitchell) Payne. He was survived by his brother, John (Diane) Payne; fiance, Debbie Petersheim.
He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Ramona, Julie, and Karen.
